Service and poor management. Server tried, you can't bartend a busy bar and serve. Most of our food was good, but it wasn't all hot. Hard to ever want to come back here. Disappointing, they have potential and clearly MIA management and owner.

Be prepared to wait. .. and wait some more. .. The waitress brought us menus and then disappeared for a good 20 minutes. When she returned she took our drink orders and then left for another ten minutes. The food was good although my first choice (grilled pork kabobs) was not available. I was not informed until about ten minutes after I had placed my order so I had to choose a replacement quick. The food was decent but could not get drink refills due to the waitress being MIA.

4 month old restaurant that needs a ton of management help if it expects to survive. The menu was pretty good, the food just ok, but they completely died in the service department. We were a large group that called in advance to make a reservation. The correct answer should have been, "I have only two servers and one cook, as much as I would like your business, we're not going to be able to facilitate your group". What we got, was, "sure come on over". What a disaster. Instead of handling us as small groups with the food coming out in waves, they tried to get us all together. 2+ hours after we ordered only a few items had come out. After 3 hours most of us left. Other patrons in the restaurant must have wondered what was going on as their food was delayed as well. The venue has huge potential but they have no clue how to run it or staff it.

Great food and a nice atmosphere. I'm a big fan of the pizza and the sandwiches, and they have a good selection of appetizers as well. I've never had a problem with the service, and the staff is very friendly. If you haven't been, it's definitely worth a try.

Horrible! We went with a bigger party and waited for over 40 minutes for our drinks and the majority of our party still did not get drinks. We decided to leave and take our business to another locally owned business in Jefferson City. Would not recommend at all. Always a very long wait, even if they are not busy - not our first rodeo, but thought we would try again. Horrible service and staff and management. Go to other locally owned businesses that actually appreciate your business and want to wait on you!

Had lunch with my wife today. She had the grilled chicken club I had the Hoxton burger. Wife said it was the best wrap she has EVER had. Hoxton burger was damn good also. Service was great!
